Proposed Ordinance 2019-293

THE HOUGHTON CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT 5:30 p.m. WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2019, IN THE HOUGHTON CITY CENTER COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 616 SHELDEN AVENUE, ON THE FOLLOWING PROPOSED ORDINANCE:

Proposed Ordinance 2019-293. This proposed ordinance designates an enforcing agency to enforce the state construction code and designates regulated flood hazard areas under the provisions of the state construction code act.

The public hearing is a chance for the council to receive public comments on this proposed ordinance. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the Houghton City Clerk’s Office, 616 Shelden Avenue, Houghton between the hours of 8-5 on weekdays and on our website cityofhoughton.com/info-hearings.php. PROPOSED ORDINANCE

THE CITY OF HOUGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AT 5:30 p.m. TUESDAY, JANUARY 29, 2019, IN THE HOUGHTON CITY CENTER COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 616 SHELDEN AVENUE, ON THE FOLLOWING PROPOSED ORDINANCE:

Proposed Ordinance 2019-294. This proposed Ordinance amends Chapter 98, Division 5, Section 98-67 to change the development standards for the R-4 Redevelopment Ready Residential District.

The public hearing is a chance for the council to receive public comments on this proposed ordinance.
